GATE CONTROL:
We believe in the concept of monitoring the gates of our client’s property. This can be accomplished with video monitoring or an actual person on site. Having an actual person present will deter unauthorized individuals from entering the property when a secure gate is opened.
PERIMETER/WALKING PATROL:
Our officers are equipped with radios and police vehicles, serving as a deterrent. Officers monitor our properties by routinely walking the premises to identify unusual activity and to establish a security presence among the residents. These officers are required to personally get to know the residents and to log daily activity.
RECEPTION/CONCIERGE SERVICES:
Customer service is part of our routine training for all security officers. We combine professional courtesy with security consciousness and awareness. Many hotels have complimented our officers on being courteous and effective. Our security officers must be CPR certified and commit to 20 hours of training per year. We train at our client’s work location as well as in the classroom.Training at our client’s work location makes our officers more efficient in case of an emergency and better prepared to respond when needed.
